It also followed a much smaller cast of characters and was largely a much easier read compared to the main series. Kate Reading and Michael Kramer are excellent performers and I have listened to many books read by the pair and enjoyed them immensely. The plot doesn't actually feel interesting until the finale of the book, but even then - it's still somewhat on the weaker side. A great portion of the Wheel of Time was written before LGBTQIA+ characters did come to the forefront of fiction and it wasn’t something that was done often back in the those days(or largely accepted unfortunately) and I do appreciate it more that while there is no explicit content of the two, lots of things are certainly applied and to be fair to Jordan, that was probably as much as he was allowed when he was writing the Wheel of Time.Since the mystery concerning these characters and the reasons for their quest to find the Dragon Reborn helped make the first three or four volumes more interesting, I recommend a new reader read at least the first three volumes before reading this book. The new Amyrlin Sierin Vayu tells Moiraine that she must stay in Tar Valon, as the tower has plans to put her on the throne of Cairhien. New Spring is an independent small business which responds to the needs of families who have experienced or will potentially experience difficulties providing safe parenting to their children. The pranks themselves felt really childish to me and I had a hard time reconciling them with two adult women, 23 and 21 years old, respectively.
