About this deal

and not be eager to experience more of Arthur’s adventure, so for more The Beginning After the Endcontent, head to Tapas, where you can read the original webcomic, and stay tuned for news on the print edition of The Beginning After the End, Vol. Equipped with memories of his previous life and the desire to protect the newfound warmth surrounding him, Art begins his journey of becoming a strong warrior once again.

It's too bad because I think I'd like it more if it remained more idyll/pastoral than higher-concept conflict. A powerful king is reincarnated into the body of a baby boy and is raised by brand new parents in a world that he knows nothing about. Additionally, I do get that the authors desires to show how strong and heroic the Main Protagonist is.

If he does that shit where he cuts off part of a word as if he's interupting his own inner monologue any more I'm going to cut a bi. So I try to join with facebook but it messes up and I'm like "Why am I even trying to keep on reading this. The humor is pervasive but didn’t resonate with me, that might be another reason I struggled to enjoy this. However, I think wanna discontinue reading this one and maybe someday I'll pick this up again if I forgot it. I had so much fun reading this first volume that introduced what will surely be a long, emotional, and satisfying story.

However, deja-vu strikes as a war brews between Dicathen and the Vritra, a clan of banished deities now ruling over a faraway continent. Also, the way he does it is so natural that you don't feel lost not knowing who is narrating the story.

Much of the story reads like it is for children as nearly every character seems childish, especially in comparison to the young Arthur with an adult intellect. If the author had either explained the process of these bonds a little more emotionally, or had taken a little more time to develop them on the page, it would have been much less irritating. The story primarily is just about Arthur being unprecedentedly awesome while Arthur expects more of himself. A former King in both martial strength and authority, thrown across time and space into a realm of who knows where and when. I had a lot of fun reading this book, and I am very much looking forward to the rest of the series (currently waiting to get my hands on the audio format of book three).
