I loved Freer's book, Eat Nourish Glow, from last year and still practice some of her advice today, so I was very anxious to check out her cookbook this year. All in all, a good insight into how to approach changing diet and would be absolutely suitable for those who have already ventured into making positive changes. Although there is a recipe section with photos and some meal ideas throughout the book, it is scant, and I would have liked more in this area.
