The best way to get bright tie-dye colors is to use the right kind of fiber-reactive dye and 100% cotton fabric. I am not sure if it would be best to attempt to bleach the canvas first to reduce the beige/muslin coloring, or to try to offset the yellow undertone with a complementary shade + pink.
