About this deal

The book itself is separated into 3 main sections: Hurt, healing, and healed, and each section is intertwined with spiritual, psychological, and philosophical information. Intuitively this book felt created for me, as I’m sure it does for most who read it. Emma Mumford does an excellent job at creating this sense of ease and specialization for each reader. The practices in this book are also adaptable and done without much equipment. This adaptability means that anyone could use the techniques within this book. There are also loads of journaling prompts and activities to work through at the end of each chapter and gets you asking yourself lots of questions you may not of thought about or in much detail before.
