All in all, I rate this book five stars. I think we all, social problems or not, seriously need a book like this, right now in our lives. The pandemic has ruined things for us, that's for sure. We barely socialize anymore. Some of us are staying in our houses. Some of us are doing online school. Some of us have lost loved ones. I know, the title. Forget the "p" words (which are in extra-small print on the cover, anyway). This short audiobook is for anyone that can relate to feeling anxious and needing a time-out to regroup. A Bathroom Book for People Not Pooping or Peeing But Using the Bathroom as an Escape will be waiting in the bathroom like a beacon for anxious readers looking to feel calm, confident, and less alone.

The book features short interviews from Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations alongside nature photos from around her estate. Each interview is pretty self-contained, but they’re linked thematically. Thus, you have the right length read for whatever kind of bathroom session you’re in for. It’s insPOOrational. Ba-dum-chhh!
