About this deal

Another Amaretto and Jim Beam Bourbon mix make for a tasty Jim’s Nuts– perfect any time of the day. Why We Like It: This bonded spirit is dominated by corn from the nose, palate, and finish — with quite a bit of allspice, wood, toffee, and Sarsaparilla. Instructions: Fill your highball glass with ice and add ginger ale and Jim Beam. Garnish it with a lemon wedge and serve.

Try making a Highball Jim by pouring two ounces of Jim Beam into a highball glass, adding lots of ice, and topping off with club soda. It’s smooth and sweet, making it a great substitute for traditional holiday favorites like Baileys or Basil Hayden’s, and the real taste of bourbon is still very much present. I have one more candle to review which I’ll probably start in the next month or so. The scent…. Carolina Sugar Cane Mist. It smells summery and fresh with a hint of floral. Until then….

Beer

Though the two flavors don’t go well for some, the palate opens with a full dose of vibrant orange with erratic bourbon flavors, which is tasty. There’s a mild whiff of toasted oak on the nose, followed by more traditional Beam aromas like cream soda, cherry vanilla, dry apple, buttery caramel, and ancient oak staves. Though the taste is less fascinating and complex, it’s a good spirit, especially for those who love sweets.

It doesn’t aim to appeal to ardent bourbon connoisseurs or overwhelm your palate with complex flavors. It’s simply good. But if you’re looking for a straight-up tasty spirit with traditional relishes, something else might be for you. Why We Like It: Old Tub mixes vanilla beans, eggnog, cherry bark, raw honey, Saigon cinnamon, and milled yellow maize with a little butterscotch. From the great Canadian north comes a Crown Royal offering you won’t want to miss. The maple notes compliment the sweet burn of the rye and create a well-balanced and surprisingly smooth sipper. This is one maple-flavoured whiskey you won’t want to miss. Buskshot offers a twist on the fad of maple whiskey: a fiery pepper finish. The burn from the pepper balances out the sweetness from the maple which leads to a well-balanced whiskey. While not the smoothest bourbon out there, it isn’t supposed to be. This rustic offering won’t disappoint anyone interested in a little pepper to finish off their maple. What’s special about this spirit is that Madagascar vanilla is reportedly used, which explains why it doesn’t taste artificial.

Make sure you have brewed coffee boiling on the stove — you’ll need to pour that in next. Top everything off with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon if you’re feeling a bit fancy. 6. Sparkling Water

Cocktails

Although bourbon purists might find this blend’s excessive sugar content a touch off-putting, the strong cinnamon and spicy flavor more than makes up for it. The aroma…… WOW!! Sweet maple blended with a spicy aroma I’m guessing was the charred oak from the description. It was pretty amazing! Not sure I smelled the bourbon but I sure did the maple and charred oak and it was unique and wonderful. Sweet and sugary golden maple with hints of spicy oak. The dominant note was the super SUPER sweet maple and it was heaven candle lovers… heaven!! Each day I had this candle burning, I was drawn to the aroma. I found excuses to go into my bedroom just to smell the air in appreciation. I know I have a winner when that happens. LOVED this candle!!
