decon neutracon is a neutral pH cleaning agent, for the safe and total cleaning and/or decontamination of materials which may be corroded, etched, degraded, discoloured or weakened by acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. Price on application’ (POA) quotations and all other quotations will be valid for 30 days (provided there is no change in Custom Tariff) from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise notified by VWR.

The customer shall cooperate with VWR in all matters relating to the services, provide all such access and information as is necessary and obtain any licences permissions and consents required before commencement of the services. Authorisation for the return of products which fail to meet current published manufacturer’s specifications must be requested in writing within 28 days of delivery. VWR will assist customers, at customers’ expense, to obtain any manufacturer’s warranty consistent with that granted to VWR.
