Provides year round protection and insulation for plant roots from extremes of temperature; excessive heat in summer and damaging frosts in winter.

Reduces the impact of heavy rain and prevents mud splashes on plants and walls, so your garden stays tidy. Prepare the area under fruit trees and fruit bushes by removing all weeds and grass. Spread a layer of bark 2.5-5 cm deep over the area right up the to tree and bush trunks.PATHWAYS: Prepare the pathway by removing all weeds and debris. Spread a layer of bark 5cm deep over the path.

AS A MULCH: It can be applied at any time, although spring and summer are the best times. Soil should be covered to a minimum depth of 50mm (2”).
