About this deal

Just above the visor is a very small slider that acts as a brow vent – this is really fiddly to use, so you’ll likely leave it open. Until it rains. Note: These inserts are for use with motorcycle helmet shields that have the connection posts for attachment. These inserts cannot be used with a shield that does not have the attachment posts.

Price of the competitors product must be publicly available. Only the price when we validate the claim will be honored. complete with ALL tags in place, helmet bag, manual, protective plastic on visor and any other associated parts supplied. The RPHA 11 is HJCs new top of the range sportsbike helmet and would presumably have been the one Jorge Lorenzo would’ve been wearing in 2016 had he not jumped ship to Shark helmets. Road Legal Road Legal These visors are road legal allowing at least 75 percent of light to pass through them. Road legal visors are available in clear, smoked and iridium tint. (25)The RPHA 11 is a pretty average helmet when it comes to noise. On the ZX-6R your head is generally in the wind when riding on the road, and there it’s not too bad. On the S1000XR the fairing introduces some turbulence that makes it a bit noisier, but in both cases it’s not really much better or worse than other sport lids. Basically, as with all helmets you do still need earplugs. The cheek pads have broken down by an unreasonable amount which tells me the foam used is low quality. We will keep your Personal Information only for as long as required for our business purposes and otherwise as required by Australian law.

The action and ease of removal of the visor makes it one of the best I’ve used – I still prefer the ‘infinite adjustability’ of an Arai, but that’s a real pain to open with the right hand, and although I have no problem with the Arai’s visor removal, I know some people do. The HJC is closer in action to a Shoei visor, but I prefer the smoother movement of this HJC, and the slightly easier removal and refitting. The end result is that it’s really a pretender. A 250 dollar helmet passing it self off as a worthy competitor to a shoei or and Arai that costs 25 to 50 percent more. The two top vents are rollers, which are extremely easy to use and allow you to fine tune the opening if you wish. These give a very noticeable blast of air at two points on the forehead, thanks to the lining not covering the ports. Easily cleaned; use lukewarm water or a small amount of mild liquid soap and water and a damp non-abrasive cloth only. Allow the lens to dry naturally. We will only collect and hold your Personal Information where it is reasonably necessary to enable us to carry on our business or provide products and services to you. If you do not provide this information it may not be possible for us to conduct business with you or supply you with the products or services you require. The situations where we may collect and hold your Personal Information include: Fit is entirely subjective, but for reference I find Arai and Shoei both fit me perfectly, while Schuberth tends to come up a little small and only half the Shark range is compatible with my head. Sizing information is provided by the manufacturer and does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please use the sizes shown as a guide only. Personal Information" is information or an opinion, in any form and whether true or not, about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

Another thing to bear in mind, is that a helmet in say size Medium from one Manufacturer may fit completely differently to a Medium from another Manufacturer. Therefore we would always recommend travelling to a dealer to try a number of different brands to get the perfect fit for your head shape. Even though it’s HJCs top of the range crash helmet, it’s still a steal compared to other maker’s top helmets so represents great value. In line with HJCs stated goal of offering top quality products at a reasonable price, the RRP of even the most expensive models is low in comparison to similar AGVs or Arais. And if you get an RPHA 11, you’re getting a decent amount of tech, development and innovation for your money. We may share your Personal Information with our subsidiaries. We may disclose your Personal Information: There’s a stinkload of designs available for the RPHA 11 – probably as many if not more than we’ve seen for any helmet. Though, strangely, no hi-viz version. Odd that.Airflow into the RPHA 11 is in the form of a couple of chin vents and forehead vents with four exhaust vents to the rear. The forehead vents use a small wheel which HJC says is glove friendly and provides multiple positions.
