When receiving an incoming call, press (do not hold) the Park key to park the call on one of the shared lines. With its speakerphone functionality, the Yealink W56H enables hands-free communication, making it suitable for multitasking or conference calls. The phone also supports call transfer and call waiting features, providing flexibility in managing calls.

When prompted, dial the extension number against which the call was parked, followed by the Pound (#) key. A Consulted (or announced) Transfer is performed when you announce the call to the recipient prior to transferring the call.The call can be retrieved from your phone or any other phone by pressing and holding the associated line key and then pressing the Retrieve softkey.

The Yealink W60B is the DECT IP base station for small and medium-sized businesses. Paring with up to a total of 8 Yealink W56H DECT handsets, the W60B allows you enjoy mobility and flexibility. A powerful chip ensures a better and higher performance, allowing this DECT IP base station to support up to 8 VoIP accounts and 8 concurrent calls. Find a good central location for the base unit to reside; you want to make sure that all handsets get equal coverage. The screen will now display the names of handsets registered to the same base station, the handset itself is highlighted and followed by a left arrow.The base will boot to begin the provisioning process. Do not unplug the base unit from the power while any of the LED lights are blinking. The base may restart several times during this process and is finished when the Power and Network LEDs are solid green. (the handset LED is only lit once handsets are registering successfully to the base)

When I register a new handset (W56H) the base station goes into a reboot cycle and the web gui is not accessible. To disable call forwarding, select the forwarding service to disable, then switch the service to Off. Assigning a user to a handset allows the handset configuration to adopt information previously configured on the user. The handset will gain the extension number and any direct dial numbers assigned to the user; this means the handset will ring any time the extension or DID receives a call. Press Up or Down to highlight the desired base (in most cases this will be Base1), and then press the OK soft key. The handset will now begin to search for the base station.When prompted, dial the extension number against which you wish to park the call, followed by the Pound (#) sign to park the call against your own number. Enter the number manually: Press the Call key to access the pre-dialing screen. Enter the desired number using the keypad. If there are multiple assigned lines to your handset, press the Line key to select the desired line. Press the Call key, pound key, or asterisk key to make the call. In the EOL support phase, a SW upgrade of the product to a newer existing release will also be seen as a fix to the SW bug. Providing a fix may not be possible in some cases due to the limitation of hardware or software architecture, and Yealink in its sole discretion will determine what fixes, if any, will be provided.
