About this deal

Happy to discuss any of this, it is all self researched, not doctor prescribed, not 100% proven and I am not an expert, but I have seen these supplements and doses in many places/articles online. My NHS consutlant mentioned the AHCC and green tea to me (you can also take green tea as supplements). I would advise anyone to do their own reading around taking any of them. As I say happy to discuss and happy to be corrected if needs be. The food components should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of its ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant women.

It is possible that a small amount of gel remains in the cannula. This dose not mean that a dose less than what is recommended has been administered, as the cannula releases a sufficient amount to cover the cervical-vaginal mucosa (3 ml). Once the cannula is used, it should be discarded. A cannula should not be reused nor shared between two patients.

Papilocare® Immunocaps - food supplement with a unique formula

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of Papilocare in repairing cervical mucosa lesions in HPV-positive women with low-grade Pap smear alterations and consistent colposcopy observations. METHODS Study Design and Patients came off the pill after many years - this is a personal choice as there’s no definitive evidence that it makes the difference but there are studies that it can reduce immune system effectiveness Changes in the cervical re-epithelization score (Likert scale) between baseline and the 3- and 6-month visits. Values are expressed as the mean together with the SD (between parentheses). *χ 2 test. Vaginal Health BioEcolia® [α-glucan oligosaccharide] (A prebiotic that stimulates the growth of beneficial bacterial flora and rebalances the microbiota in the cervical-vaginal zone) The human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections and the most important etiological agent in cervical cancer. 1 Most HPV infections are asymptomatic and clear within 2 years without treatment. 2 Despite its low risk of progression to cervical cancer, many women experience negative emotional responses and even long-term psychological distress associated with an HPV-positive diagnosis and an abnormal cytology. 3,4 When added to the fact that the conventional management strategy for this condition, especially in cases of low-grade lesion, is watchful waiting, the approach may become long and challenging for both the women and their physicians. Thus, a safe and nonsurgical treatment that can help repair the low-grade lesions and enhance viral clearance might be highly useful under these circumstances. 5 Papilocare (Procare Health, Valencia, Spain) is a Coriolus versicolor–based vaginal gel that combines ingredients boasting known properties, such as moisturizing, tissue regeneration, and balancing of the vaginal microbiota (hyaluronic acid, Asian centella, Aloe vera, and α-glucan oligosaccharide), 6,7 with other ingredients with demonstrated positive effects on both HPV-dependent cervical lesions and HPV clearance ( C. versicolor, Azadirachta indica, and carboxymethyl-β-glucan). 8–10 It has been hypothesized that HPV integration could be minimized by reducing the potential mitotic surface by re-epithelization. 11 On the other hand, the vaginal microbiota status plays a decisive role in the persistence or clearance of local infections. 12–14 Improved re-epithelization and vaginal microbiota restoration have been observed in previous pilot studies involving the use of Papilocare in both asymptomatic, healthy women and HPV-positive patients with no cervical lesions. 15,16 Moreover, a combination of C. versicolor and neem extract has shown to induce a local immune response in both in vitro and animal model studies 17–19 hindering the oncogenic action of the HPV.

As a secondary criterion, the Paloma Clinical Trial demonstrated a 57% increase in the clearance of the high-risk virus, managing to eliminate it in 63% of the patients treated with Papilocare® over 6 months, compared with 40% in the control group. In addition, there is a high level of consistency between the result and the results presented by 3 independent studies carried out by public university hospitals inSpainandItaly, which reported theefficacy of Papilocare® in the clearance of high-risk HPV to be between 50 and 70%. Không có dữ liệu khi dùng chung với những biện pháp tránh thai như vòng âm đạo. Vì vậy không nên dùng sản phẩm cho những người đang dùng biện pháp trên. Fast forward six months to my last colposcopy in Feb (two months ago) and it showed that the hpv was clearing up, which was a massive relief. While it’s not gone away completely - I’m still continuing to take AHCC and papilocare - I’m really hoping that it will be by the next colposcopy appt in August. You can use Papilocare® at any time of day, but the gel is more likely to remain in place if you apply it just before bedtime. Coriolus Versicolor Extract (Re-epithelialising and restorative action for cervical-vaginal lesions and microlesions)First month: One cannula should be applied per day, for 21 consecutive days, then take the next 7 days off. However the HPV continues to hang around in my system and periodically cause abnormalities, it’s been 3 years now, despite my being a healthy weight, eating/sleeping well, not smoking, exercising etc. I’ve not been too worried about it as any abnomalities have been very mild, but suddenly I’ve been diagnosed with VAIN1 to 2 on my vaginal wall, and advised to have surgery to cut it out. AHCC mushroom extract supplement (Kinoko Platinum) 3g per day on an empty stomach, as soon as I wake up, wait 1 hour before consuming any breakfast etc. This is the big one, the one that there is the most research on. And the most expensive. The only side effect I’ve noticed with the gel is some mild skin irritation, but some thrush ointment sorts it.

My story is similar that to yours - CIN1/high risk hpv since 2021. I hadn’t been able to rid it in the timeframe the docs say your body should clear it by itself. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you experience any discomfort after application, discontinue use and consult your doctor. In case of pregnancy, consult your doctor before use. A clinical study of women who were going through their first pregnancy concluded that daily massage of the perineum using Palomacare gel “shows beneficial effects in childbirth and post partum”. The study included 40 pregnant women aged 23-45. Half (20 women) were treated daily from the 35th week of pregnancy and during labour (the treatment group). The other 20 women were not treated (the control group). At the post partum visit, the appearance and healing of the episiotomy (surgical cut) was rated as excellent in 85% of the women in the treatment group, compared to 35% of the women in the control group, who were not treated. The pain became mild among 75% of the women in the treatment group compared to 30% of the women in the control group. 95% of the women in the treatment group said they were satisfied with the improvements after they had given birth, compared to 25% of the women in the control group.

Nonspecific vaginitis (inflammation)

My consultant today mentioned to me a patient she had had who was adament she didn’t want any surgical intervention and went down the ‘alternative’ route, she had escharotic treatment in the US, and it worked for her after 10+ years of HPV, or rather she was declared clear and it looked like that was the reason. She wasn’t advising me to have it, just that this was something her patient had done as her own choice. Use one application per day for the first 21 days. After 21 days, continue with one application every other day for 5 months. I’m still not out of the woods yet, but it feels to me that both the papilocare and AHCC are helping - you can find info online on their efficacy which I’d recc reading up on. Lastly, while the nhs doesn’t officially endorse AHCC or papilocare they didn’t disregard or discourage me from trying, and advised that the papilocare gel is more effective than the oral tablets. In addition, in its composition it also has other ingredients such as vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, copper, selenium or vitamins of group B.
