Although my surge protection extension leads no longer have surge protection (ie the Green ‘Surge’ light is out) they still function as extension leads OK. What type of fuses do you have on your consumer box, ( fuse box), switch kind, ( MCBs ), rewirables or what?
Thank you for reply. Two of the units were in my home and one in my sister's house nearby. I have only PC's and various peripherals attached to them, in a bedroom, and total wattage is well below the maximum rated wattage of 3120W.
