One area that wasn’t properly addressed (which is why I give this 4 stars instead of 5) is memory usage and performance. I think it is a good thing in that an investment in learning pandas turns out to be a super-power when you need to move to Spark or Dask. Im thinking there might be a different approach to a team of analysts that work largely in excel (like many of the engineers I work with) versus analysts who are more familiar with SQL but not Python and pandas.
