MyZone completely transformed my fitness journey, nothing making me go further or dig deeper than trying to reach that elusive red zone. Kate has been using the MZ-Switch to try out heart rate training for her next half marathon race – keep your eyes peeled for her article about it later in the month.I don't find the interface on the app is the most intuitive, but now I've worked out where everything is, I love the HR monitor and the app itself, and find it is really motivating me in my workouts. I love this app as it has really helped me to push myself during every workout to make the most out of my training. The problem comes that for some reason the move ring seems to forget the myzone workout intermittently through the rest of the day.I know a few others who have had the same problem and they have a similar build to me, slim waist and therefore have to have the belt on the tightest setting it can go, which could be a contributing factor as the belt perhaps isn’t fitting as well as it could on us. I have on 3 occasions received an AI reply that my zone will attend to my complaint within 12 hours, 24 hours and 3 days. The staff were fairly pleasant and there seemed to be a sizable selection of products though I didn't personally engage in any purchses.
