This kind of perfume reminds me of fragances like Siren by Paris Hilton or Juicy Couture, but it's not as fruity. I don't get black pepper at all as others mentioned, the main note that I get is a creamy amber (So sweet to my taste) , so the scent reminds me so much of hypnose pour Homme. For me this is dominated by a sweet amber from beginning to end, with various nuances along the way. The result is a fragrance that is refined enough for the office because it is restrained in it's projection and sensual enough close to the skin for intimate maneuvers in the dark. I smell caramel in it and fresh notes also like i am night time at the beach with a coctail in my hand.

I decided to let it sit a while and it's finally starting to smell like it's own fragrance and I can detect a spicy accord growing. Yeah, I was pretty disappointed but what confused me more was how curacao, vanilla, and cardamom could smell like marshmallows. Since I consider Le Parfum to be a scent best suited for cooler weather, this would definitely be a good option for warm weather. The main attraction in this fragrance is the curacao which is a tropical booze from the Caribbean island of Curacao in the Dutch Antilles.

In my experience, I am almost always hit with an overwhelming, caramel-like sweetness, which lasts for a few minutes before it evolves into a warm vanilla scent. Incidentally, an Etsy seller who makes "impostors" of designer fragrances sent me a sample of her version of this. The sillage is lovely and I really like the cedar I detect in the drydown that tempers the vanilla a bit. It also makes me think of Miss Dior Cherie 2005 (which I also used to love) if you were to take out the strawberry and patchouli.

If you like citrus in your alcohol, and now you transform it into a sweet perfume smell, then you'll be in for a treat. On another day I will spray this and it will seem a cloying, overly sweet, nauseating mess and I will find it stomach churning for a good 2 hours before it softens and becomes tolerable to me. A honeyed gourmand with a bitter undercurrent that actually improves it and stops it from being full on treacle.Most young teenagers I’ve interacted with liked this scent and gave some funny comments which I took as compliments – a girl claims it “smells like a delicious waffle”; on a separate ocassion, one boy says it smells “expensive”. powdery dust from a combine's ceaseless labour reminds her of home, and the farm-boy who became an officer and a gentleman. It smells like your standard feminine woody musk perfume dry-down, with the addition of vanilla in it.When it lands on my skin I can smell powdery vanilla base, but as it sits on my skin the musks start to work - it ages to more soapy-sweet musky scent, great for the weather right now; really snowy, cold winter days. You know just the ok scent, with average sillage and longevity, that has nothing special about it, but that make you feel good when you wear it. Although it's my mum who got this as a gift, I can't stop spraying it whenever I go out on a sultry evening.

During the heart I get vibes making me remember a time a while ago when I owned and loved Fantasy, the peanut note I always sensed also showed up here. Smells great when you are outside during the fall or winter, but other than that it just feels out of place to me. I don't know if I have a signature scent because it's so hard to just pick one but I'm telling you all this is signature scent material.
