I'm not making fun of these nice people, but it certainly is funny what they come up with when it comes to Prosecco in particular. To make this Prosecco Rose Brut, white Glera grapes are blended with wine made from the red varieties Pinot Nero and indigenous Raboso. This Prosecco Spumante from Italy is best enjoyed chilled at 5 - 7°C with cod with cucumber and mustard vegetables, vegetable stew with pesto or spaghetti with yoghurt and mint pesto. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

Golden delicious apples, pink grapefruit and limes are clearly distinguished on the nose; to these are added the more delicate hints of pears and plums, together with wisteria flowers.Masottina focuses on producing drier Prosecco in the Brut style, believing that this allows for more food-friendly and elegant wines. Fresh and lively in its elegance, it reveals hints of citrus fruit whose freshness is almost fragrance.
