About this deal

I love Olivier Cresp's fragrances, I love oriental white florals, I love vanilla and usually love tonka, and did I mention I love Olivier Cresp's fragrances?

it doesn't mean the fragrance has gone bad, only that it has matured a little bit and thus has a deeper/warmer smell. At that point I was really afraid to use my sample, knowing I would probably love it and want a bottle that I might not ever be able to get ahold of. This fragrance is mystical , ethereal , feminine yet dark , screams femme fatale but still has a touch of softness and light to it.Vanilla lily scented funeral :( It’s really quite beautiful in the beginning stages just not for me. I bought this about 10 years ago because I loved the sweetness this had to offer but I used it for a little while and put it away. If I had to make some imaginary fragrance notes for this, à la Bath and Body Works, it would be something like, "Top notes of silver saffron roses reflected in the full moon, heart notes of the trail of enticing vanilla fireflies, and base notes of damp cemetery oak moss, and the immensity of the 1000 year-old masonry of a bewitched gothic castle, deep in a dense forest. Givenchy Ange ou Demon Secret perfume begins with an unusual and addictively sensual and fresh key note of Tea, given added interest and contrast by Cranberry and tart Amalfi Lemon. This fragrance has so much beauty and a little bit of “what is that”, but it’s done in such a way that is not only wearable around others, but I find I keep wanting to respray myself when it starts to fade.

I have had this perfume a while and when I first wore it I didn't like it but it was spring / summer time . All of them said the 2009 batch is a lot stronger and smelled better , they said the 2018 was really light and they had trouble smelling it.After having a lot of time away from this scent I've realized it has a similar structure to and unfolds much the same as another Givenchy fragrance I love. While I'd certainly recommend to check out Angel and Demon and see whether you like it, my warning is that it really should be used sparingly.

Behind the mask, the woman of Ange ou Démon can flirt, dance, insinuate, dare and decide if she prefers to show her angelic or demonic side. No way could a human come up with this fragrance in their head before beginning the creative process. I would classify this as a chypre for its dry character, but, with some of the sweeter elements of an oriental being prominent, it truly does straddle the line between the two categories.I bought it's flanker (le secret) and it is heaven on me, but this one I tried to love and it just won't happen. I empathize with reviewer below, Ange Ou Demon is one of my signatures, and to me a precious elixir, I would hate to have anyone seriously tell me that it smells stinky while I'm wearing it, and the guy that I like no less (complete with the disgusted face expression?
