The daiquiri notes mixed with the cardamom give it a boozy, dark and sexy vibe that can more easily be described as somewhat of a mix of scents like CH Men Privé and YSL La Nuit de L'Homme.

If you’re a DIor Homme fan, La nuit d’lhomme, or any other sweet designer - don’t shy away from this one. The glass bottle is similar (not the gold cap - I guess they had to be careful) and the smell is exact. It was SOTD as of 12/14/18, to my nose is a good aromatic and powdery scent, other reviews compare it to La Nuit, in which I don't have to compare, is a very surprising sweet/sexy scent my nose detect the iris, vanilla, cardamom and leather. It's like a softer version of Code Profumo, so if you liked Profumo's scent but thought it was too loud, this one is for you. Still a hidden gem and a superb scent don't sleep on this fragrance is a worthy must get and a good addition to any collection.I know compliments aren't everything, but anyone who smells this on me either gives it a "meh", or flat out hates it. It opens with a bright cardamom note, which slowly blends with the iris and turns into a sweet-powdery, kind of dry scent. I don't see the point in making a fragrance if it doesn't perform well, and the greed these company's show by reformulating and watering down former powerhouses.

HM Shot is in the same ballpark as the two mentioned but it has enough of it's own character to not be (too) redundant. But honestly, sometimes, (like on date nights) that's exactly what you want - a scent that will be a little bit forgotten, rather than the center of attention, when you're around it for long periods of time. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag.I do also find it can last 8-10 hours as a skin scent, but it will easily become a victim of olfactory fatigue as it goes on. My now ex-girlfriend smelt this on me for the first time two days ago and instantly thought it was a Fall scent without me saying it was. So if that's a question for you right now, Halloween Man Shot will definitely have you smelling good with a familiar much loved scent.
