If F1 racers are really like this in the three-dimensional world and not just in this fictional one—count me out. I could have done without the third act breakup as it was unnecessary and could have been prevented if they had just communicated about the deal that was looming overhead and how they were each feeling.

the chemistry and attraction between sophie and liam is undeniable, but she quickly friendzones him — i’m not sure why, i could never friendzone a man like liam with his quick wit and boyish charm😮‍💨.I enjoyed the 60% of the book so much because Sophie and Liam were friends and all the tension and lust made everything hot and all but the moment they give in to this sexual tension between them and became friends with benefits I kinda lost my interest in the story. I fell in love with the epilogue because it was the sweetest and had me feeling butterflies and swooning with them. Sophie has lived a rather sheltered and restrained life, doing what makes her dad happy, after her mother left when she was young. This book reveals that Sophie and Liam have actually known one another for a while and have always had a connection.

Liam’s journey in Collided is amazing; his transformation from isolating his heart and feelings to embracing Sophie is just *chef’s kiss*!When McCoy offer Liam a renewed contract for the next season, he should be over the moon but their one request proves difficult for his heart. A F1 romance with good girl x bad boy vibes and friends to lovers is something one will surely enjoy. For months they were tip toeing around each other, playing mind games and all because Sophie was scared to give in to this attraction between them and Liam never wanted to involve any feelings between their friendship. Sophie needs to be convinced how feelings are meant for good boys who will cherish her for everything she’s worth.
