I won't even say I don't believe it, but I don't think it's helpful. You've got these SCs telling Dolores to focus on the here and now, to work on the Self, and not to worry about what's going to happen. Then you've got the author obsessed with this Rapture-like splitting of Earth. What, I would ask her, were she still alive, is the purpose? This is the fourth book of hers I've read; the earlier were much earlier in her career. And I see this same strange fascination with "the end times." Quoting Revelations, like it means something. Being highly intuitive, I’m repelled by dishonesty. This has been socially and professionally inconvenient.

Yet, whether or not ACEs apply, you may find comfort in and affinity with the teachings of world renowned US healer + hypnotherapist, Dolores Cannon. Decades of listening to people under deep hypnosis led her to introduce a theory called ‘Three waves of volunteers’ in 2011. Dolores has written 17 books about her research in hypnosis and UFO cases. Her books are translated into over 20 languages. She founded her own publishing company, Ozark Mountain Publishing, in 1992. Articles by/about Dolores have appeared in several magazines including: "Body, Mind and Spirit"; "Magical Blend"; "Connecting Link"; "Kindred Spirit" (an England magazine); "People Magazine" (an Australian magazine); "Conscious Living Magazine" (an Australian magazine); "After Dark" (the Art Bell magazine); "The Unknown Magazine"; "The Washington Post"; and "New York Times". Also magazines and newspapers in Russia, Spain, South America, Bulgaria, Japan and Arab countries. Many, no matter when they've come, have never experienced life on earth. Some have never been in physical form of any kind, having come directly from Source. Some have lived on other planets, while a few seem to have incarnated on earth prior to their current life (though this seems to be rare). When the call for help went out, those who wanted to assist the earth and her inhabitants volunteered to come. They wanted to do good for this planet and for the multiverse (because all universes and dimensions are intertwined, what happens to one happens to all). Since earth is a free-will planet, this is Source's way of providing much-needed aid without interference.The second wave of volunteers began in the 1990s. The purpose of second wave volunteers is to act like an energetic antenna, beacon, generator and channel of energy. In Dolores words: “ They don’t have to do anything. They just have to be.” M: No, nobody besides me. No people at all. Not even the thought of people. I’m in the cosmos. I feel one with it. Not separate from it. If I try to float out and see it I might feel separate of it. I don’t know. The people on Earth have been caught in the cycle of reincarnation, on the wheel of karma, for hundreds and hundreds of lives, returning and making the same mistakes over and over again. We are supposed to be evolving but we are not. This was the main reason Jesus and the other great Prophets came to Earth: to teach people how to get off the wheel of karma, to help humanity to evolve. But we are still making the same mistakes over and over again: creating wars and so much violence. So the people on Earth were not going to be able to save the Earth. How could they help the Earth when they couldn’t even help themselves? It needed pure souls who were not caught in the wheel of karma, who have never been to Earth before. AS I HAVE SAID, over the years I have discovered many new and pure souls who are coming to Earth at the present time with a different agenda from those who have been trapped on the karmic wheel for countless lifetimes. Because they have no accumulated karma they are free to pursue their real mission. The main problem is the forgetting or amnesia process that affects souls when they come to Earth. They have said that ours is the only planet in the universe that forgets their connection with God. And we have to stumble through life with blinders on until we discover it again. The other civilizations remember their connection and their contracts and plans. They greatly admire us for taking on this challenge of forgetting and thinking we are all alone. And having to rediscover it all on our own. I admit this was the very first Dolores Cannon book I have read. When I started it, it drew me in and I was anxious to read more and more each day. I had never read anything like this before, so the when I began the book I was hooked. I still don't know what that is because I am in the process of learning this and it is a huge field of unknown. And since the true knowledge of and on this planet is so hidden and murky, because human race is genetically coded to be in the deep state of asleep, it takes a lot of time, decades, to connect pieces of information. They all make sense but the human brain needs a bit of a structure because I can profoundly understand why things are and why they become what they are, but it takes time to process how to connect other stories to other stories and other stories. Which in my case is more a perception of energy than it is cognitive resonance. I don't use my mind a lot, it provides me information that I need but I tend to quiet it down since I've learnt that it likes to talk shit to convince me of the things which don't resonate anymore. So I focus more on my all body presence and heart-mind when I soothe emotions enough to hear myself truly.

Great book overall with loads of information, sometimes a bit repetitive and could have used more personal notes and less transcribing of conversations. Especially because not all of the messengers were as coherent as others. But overall worth a read and I'll continue to read more of her books. Dolores has written the three volume set "Conversations With Nostradamus", the serie Interesting: Whatever esoteric or metaphysical topic you may be interested in, you will find a story about it by one of Dolores hypnotised clients. Whether it is the pyramids of Egypt, Lemuria, Atlantis, UFOs, Galactic councils, mind control, healing, reincarnation, after-death or eternal life, they are all in this book! Dolores Cannon claims she found (or being enlightened) with a method that reveals it all, so fortunate for all the knowledge seekers out there (specially for those happy to assume it as truth without questioning). Estimating the approximate ages of the three waves came about while I was engaged in my work as a hypnotist in hundreds of regressions. After roughly categorizing my subjects by age in their present lives, I discovered three distinct generations of new souls. In 1945 when the atomic bombs were dropped in WWII, our “protectors” and “watchers” in outer space saw that Earth was on a collision course with disaster. The prime directive of non-interference prevented them from taking any action, but then they came up with a brilliant plan to save Earth and assist her in her ascension. They couldn’t interfere from the “outside,” but maybe they could influence from the “inside.” So the call went out for volunteers to come and help. “Earth is in trouble – who wants to volunteer?”

Dolores Cannon has nothing to do with Ascension process. This is just a description of a collective hypnose seances, similar to one we had in "Master and Margarita". Hopes and fears, as in unconcious minds of 3 generations. I can see here some similarities with Scientology, too.

Over 45+ years, her hypnotherapy work delved into reincarnation, life + death, life after death, early civilisations, origins of humanity, UFO’s and extraterrestrials (ETs). Further, I feel as if I've been called to a quest lately to balance the divine feminine and the divine masculine. I am called to be true to my heart and emotions, I need to feel everything, the yin and yang constantly in flux to truly consciously evolve. By "coincidence" I've met two practicing witches over the course of the two or three weeks it took me to read this book who delivered this exact message to me. Pull down the mask and step into my true self. The earth is evolving and if we are to evolve with her and not be as fleas on a dog we must accend to a higher vibrational energy. This is the work we must do. Many first and second wave souls unconsciously realize that having children creates Karma. Many do not marry in the first place, unless they are fortunate enough to meet another soul to whom they can relate. They just want to do their job and go home. It is amazing to me that all this information is so consistent. In a court room when you get multiple witnesses testifying to some fact, the jury will tend to believe that it must be true. This Reality that these other worldly sources are describing is a Reality that is far beyond any SciFi that I have ever read. Basically it is the ultimate case of Reality being stranger than fiction.
