This has been around for almost two decades and its affordable, so you've probably come across someone wearing Curve before.

I know it's old and that's all I've been getting from my friends from the states but it's amazing for a few reasons: it IS synthetic, but it's unlike any recent scent put out, that makes it very unique.I find that many colognes are far too masculine and musky, meaning they actually smell repulsive to women in a study I read. It's a subtle, close-to-the vest, timeless classic that fortunately has very good longevity (about 6-7 hours) considering how light the scent is. You’re only going to get about 2 hours out of this one so don’t expect much out of it other than a good cheap, great smelling SYNTHETIC scent. It’s not macho or overpowering like some other youth orientales fragrances, like I said after that initial harshness dies down it becomes palatable. I can never be grateful enough to have the chance to experience it in its vintage glory, uncensored and in all its might!

I never thought so, I want to say I never used more than about 4 or maybe 5 sprays back in the day, and it would last for eternity to the point where I smelled it on my shirt for days if I didn't do laundry for a while. The spice stuck around this time yet feels smoother and has some reminders of the original here and there.Soothing citrus and fresh floral that floats you into deep comfort, covers any unwanted smell, smells like summer and romance! I didnt appreciate it at the time, and as I got older and went to college and eventually work, I moved on to other fragrances like Polo and ADG. do you have girl that makes you wear Mickey Mouse ears when you go to Disneyland or makes you wear a shirt of her cat pictured on it? while it smells similar to other colognes on the market, doesn't parfum de marly smell similar to some designer releases too, which is quite generic if you ask me.

I cannot stop smelling this and I can see why my dad got so happy when I got him his first bottle he's had since the early 2000's. Ladies go nuts for this stuff and I find this fragrance consistently gets people asking, who smells like that? It's been years since I put my nose on this but I can still remember the spicy pineapple opening waking me up better than my alarm clock did, and the woody, musky drydown putting hair on my chest before there ever was any.And just as his review states some of those compliments were simply genial while others were down right bold to put it nicely! I'd say the longevity on me is about average, but the projection is above average for the first couple hours. I definitely think that scent is unique (in a good way) but the quality control on each bottle is no good. I just recently moved to Australia, and while cleaning out my condo I found an old bottle that I can conservatively say is probably 15 years old, more likely 17-18.

I could see this being a great introduction to fragrance for a younger person, not because of the scent, I'm 30 and I would still wear it. As fragrance wearers we would indeed rather put something on even if it's just okay as opposed to nothing at all but this one would leave you feeling rather blah and ho-hum. Sure it is a night scent that can work from fall until spring, but it is only really a casual scent or a workplace scent.I was on a docked boat with 4 other family couples for new years eve in San Diego (yes during Covid). The whole point of a fragrance is for other people to smell you, and Curve can't accomplish that basic goal. If you spray it six times at various places on your moisturized body, hit yourself again at the same areas a second time after the first sprays dries in like 2 or 3 minutes (12 total sprays) Problem solved at least for me. There's nothing really wrong with the smell except for two glaring issues: it's so dang generic and boring! When your wear curve, you aren't just wearing an old perfume that was cool in the 90's, you are wearing the legacy of every curve wearer's conversation with a cute girl that led to a plethora of righteous nights and an unreasonable amount of hickies.
