Regenovex is a unique, technically advanced formulation containing Marine Bionovex Oil and Hyaluronic Acid. For first 10 days – take 2 capsules daily and thereafter take one a day, as part of a maintenance programme. Take capsule with a cold drink. Would recommend it for anyone with arthritis or sore joints who are not getting much relief from heat or cold sprays. I count myself fortunate that I don’t have any joint problems (touch wood en leg), but sadly, my mum does suffer from painful joints. I find that Regenovex one a day capsules help my joint pain and stiffness and although they don’t stop the pain completely they do make enough of a difference so that I don’t like to let them run out. The capsules are pleasant to take: not too big and they easily slip down. I could take them without water if necessary. I’ve also tried out the gel since and that seemed to ease a few aches I was experiencing in my hands. To date, I haven’t tried the patch as I’ve been saving that up for when I really need it.
