Blair Underwood was excellent in conveying the frantic nature of the average joe's life in chasing the dream or hurrying to what comes next.

There's some really interesting post-modern theology in this short: humanity's view of God, of time, of the "important" things in life. I admit, I didn't really pay much attention to the film, because I hate films that keep looping, but it also just wasn't very engrossing.

Do you subscribe to the point of view that there might be deep meaning hidden somewhere in a phrase that reads the same in both directions? Greta Georges, 20, was inspired by the date and moved by the events of September 11 to do something "to remind people not to take peace for granted".

It's by a Mike Clelland of Driggs, adopts the road movie genre and is a pretty good effort even if the characters do say "wow" a lot. Big spoiler (for those still reading Stephen King's Dark Tower series), but this flick was a glimpse into the mind of Roland. I did not find the "product placements" to be intrusive -- which I'm sure is what the film makers intended. For those of you who got so mad, either at the editing, the product placement, the 'pointless' theme, etc.I live in Cornwall, Uk, home to the fabulous Eden Project the founder of which Tim Smit sports a palindromic name. I particularly loved the sound design - listen to how Underwood's movements are synchronised with the sounds of traffic in some shots.

But, again, the rat race metaphor is really very clever, and I didn't understand the rat metaphor (assuming I'm correct) until the film started its second cycle. This one in particular is bad because it is an endless cycle of quick edits of a hellish experience. Another unique idea that I thought was presented very well was just the urgency all of us feel is required in life. However, The Goose loves funny, quirky, serious, gut-wrenching, and anything that will make them read it again!I know it is a palindrome (spelled the same way backwards and forwards), as is the character's name, "Dr. As I described the tasks the man must go through as "arbitrary", I began to wonder whether the director might have intended a subtle jab at religion. This mysterious form of wordplay known as the palindrome--in which a group of phrases can be read both forwards and backwards--has bewitched and beguiled readers for centuries and, due to its mirrored, dualistic quality, was at one point considered to have magical powers.
